Volkswagen originally used this type of carpet in the Deluxe versions of its Type 2 vehicles in the 1950's and 1960's, it is sometimes referred to as Box Weave or Square Weave Carpet. We have been manufacturing carpet sets and cabmats from Square Weave Carpet for VW Split Screen campers and buses since 2006, with its woolen loop pile finish it brings a touch of luxury to any camper.
All of our Square Weave carpet and mat sets are made to order allowing you the option to select your weave and edge trim colour to match the interior of your Splitscreen. As well as our front cab carpet sets we also make matching rear hatch mats and have the carpet available to purchase lengths off the roll.
