Covid-19 A message to our customers and suppliers.
Here at Madmatz we have taken on board the advice from the UK Government and continue to monitor the updates daily.
As we understand it at the moment the government has not requested that we close our business but has laid out certain guidelines for us to follow. Part of that guidance will mean that we are still operating but at a much reduced capacity.
Our main focus at the moment is the health and wellbeing of our staff. As the majority of our work cannot be done at home we have had to split up some of our working environments and also implement some reduced working hours. The result of this is that we will not be able to turn orders around as quickly as usual. We hope our customers and suppliers understand and can be patient with us while we work through.
Here is a summary of the main points you may be interested in.
We are open for business.
We are not open to the public.
We are working reduced hours and have implemented social distancing.
Orders - Are being processed but at a slightly longer time period than normal.
Telephones - Calls should be answered but not always, leave a message and we will get back to you.
Emails - Will be replied too but this may take longer than normal.
Payments out - Suppliers will be paid on time, our office is now short staffed please don’t keep ringing asking for money.
